A pair of future multi-tower communities are bringing new density to Dundas Street steps from Kipling subway and GO stations on the west side of Toronto. The side-by-side construction sites for Pinnacle International’s Pinnacle Etobicoke community and Concert Properties’ Kip District community will combine for 14 towers once complete, with nine towers to be built at the Pinnacle Etobicoke site, joining one completed tower at Kip District with three more on the way.
Closer to Kipling station, the Kip District site now has above-grade progress on its second tower, rising east of the completed IBI Group-designed 24-storey first phase. Further to the east, work follows closely behind for the third tower’s ground floor. These next two of the community’s Quadrangle-designed buildings will include direct frontages on Dundas West, along the northern edge of the diamond-shaped development site, separated from future phases by a landscaped courtyard.
