While governments slice safety enforcement budgets as part of a deficit-reduction gesture, many contractors challenged by shrinking profit margins trim or slash safety programs to meet their bottom line.
Corrosion under insulation (CUI) is a problem that can add millions in costs over time to petro chemical, processing, and oil and gas industries in Canada.
